WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY
I'll be honest, a store I'd never heard of had me expecting the worst. I was wrong. The order arrived quickly, the quality is lovely and everything matched the description. I was almost ashamed I ever doubted.
With prices this low, you'd think the clothes would be cheap and boring. They're not. Everything I've ordered feels well-made and looks more expensive than what I paid. I've already shopped twice.
After menopause I don't want anything that pinches or clings. This sits loosely in exactly the right places and moves with me instead of squeezing. It's the first garment in ages I forget I'm even wearing.
My only worry was what happens if something doesn't fit. I sent back a jumper and the money arrived without any fuss. No discussions, no chasing for answers. It's rarely that easy.
What won me over was the service. I emailed a question expecting nothing, but a real person replied the same day and couldn't have been kinder. You don't always get that these days.
I carry a little extra and I've grown tired of clothes that remind me of it all day. These do the opposite. I feel like myself again, comfortable and a little dressed up without it feeling forced.
I first ordered one for myself and then two more as gifts. Works just as well for everyday wear as when I want to dress up a little more. The quality holds up wash after wash, and that's what I care about.
LOVED BY OVER 29,000 CUSTOMERS
Autumn has arrived in Chester.
When we opened Nancy Chester, we had one simple dream: to create a place where every woman feels seen, comfortable and completely at home in her clothes.
Now the evenings are drawing in and the leaves are turning along the Dee, and it's time to change the rails. Our winter collection is on its way, with warm knits, soft coats and pieces that fit beautifully and move with you, instead of pinching or clinging.
But before it arrives, we need the space. Everything from this season must go, to make room for what comes next.
That's why we're opening our Autumn Sale with up to 60% off the entire stock. When the garments are gone, they're gone, and the new collection takes their place.
We look forward to welcoming you this autumn. Warm wishes from all of us in Chester.
